¿Que es?

Un servicio gratuito de información, asistencia y orientación dirigido a ciudadanos extranjeros residentes en Galliate para hacer frente a sus necesidades lingüisticas y de mediación intercultural. A la ventanilla es posible, además, realizar en vía telemática busqueda y rennovación de permiso de estadía, efectuar pedido de “nulla osta” de reconjunción familiar, puesta al día de permiso y “carta” de estadía y controlar los expedientes en marcha para renovar los documentos.

¿A quien sirve?

A todos los ciudadanos extracomunitarios residentes en Galliate que tienen necesidad de información y asistencia en lo que atañe su estadía en nuestro País. Las operadoras de la “ventanilla migrantes”informan sobre servicios del territorio y ayudan en dar comienzo a los expedientes hacia la Comuna, la Ventanilla Unica de Migrantes (Sportello Unico dell’Immigrazione) y la Jefatura de Policía.

Presentándose a la Ventanilla Migrantes (Sportello Immigrati) en los horarios de apertura sin necesitar de cita.

¿Donde?

En el URP (Oficina Relación a las Personas) 1er piso “Palazzo Comunale” en Piazza Martiri n° 28

¿Cuando?

La ventanilla migrantesestá abierta:

lunes y martes de 8.30 a 11.00 (con la presencia de un ayudante cultural de idioma árabe)
jueves de 15.00 a 17.00 (con la presencia de un ayudante cultural de idioma árabe y un ayudante cultural de idioma albanés)

De quoi il s'agit?

C’ est un service que la Mairie offre aux citoyens étrangers qui vivent à Galliate dans le but de les aider en cas de difficultés linguistiques en leur donnant la possibilité de parler avec un médiateur interculturel qui parle leur même langue. Au guichet est aussi possible faire en voie télématique la demande d’autorisation pour la reunion avec la famille, et la demande du permis de sejour ou de son renouvellement, vérifier l’état de leur dossier et la date de convocation à la questura.

À qui et à quoi il sert?

Le service s’adresse aux citoyens étrangers, régulièrement résidant à Galliate, de façon à leur donner des informations sur les problèmes de l’immigration.

Où il se trouve?

Il se trouve au 1er étage de la Mairie à l’office U.R.P. ( office pour les rélations avec le public).

Horaires d'ouverture:

lundi et mardi: de 8,30 à 11,00 (avec une médiatrice culturelle marocaine)
jeudi: de 15,00 à 17,00 (avec une médiatrice culturelle marocaine et une médiatrice culturelle albanie)

What is the immigrants' desk?

It’s a free service of informations, assistance and orientation offered to foreign citizens living in Galliate in order to face their linguistic difficulties by giving them an intercultural mediation. At the Immigrant Desk is also possible to request, electronically, issuance and renewal of residence permits, to ask clearance to family reunification, to update permit and residence permits and to check the progress of the current practices for the issuance and renewal of documents.

Who needs it?

The service is addressed to all foreign citizens living in Galliate who need informations and assistance about their stay in our country. The operators of the desk give informations about the local services and give support in starting practices addressed to the Town Council, to the Immigrant Desk and to the Police.

How to use it?

Going at the desk during opening hours without appointment.

Where is it?

You can find the Immigrant Desk at URP 1^st floor of the Town Council, in 28, Martiri della Libertà Square.

When?

The Immigrant Desk is opened:

Monday and Tuesday from 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. (with the presence of an Arabic cultural mediator)
Thursday from 15.00 p.m. to 17.00 p.m. (with the presence of an Arabic and an Albanian cultural mediator)
